Yoga Therapy

60 or 90 minute sessions

Recognizing that each person’s healing journey is unique, a multifaceted approach is used to understand the subtle dimensions (physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual + spiritual) of the body. Therapy begins with Western (allopathic) and Eastern (holistic)perspectives to gain a broad vision of a person’s primary health conditions and identifying areas of imbalance, dis-ease and the effects of the stress response on the bodily systems. Next, using the methods and techniques of yoga an individual ‘prescription’ is designed for intergration and healing, learning finally, that the yoga therapy journey is a coming home to a place of deeper awareness, inner balance and wholeness at each level of the person for optimal health.

Fitness

60 minute sessions

Using health and skill related fitness components to improve Activities of Daily Living (ADL), combating the effects of aging and age related disease and assisting in life event rehabilitation.

FITT principles focus is on all systems of the body including, Range of Motion (ROM), cardiovascular, fexibility, muscular strength, balance, agility, coordination and fun!

Coaching

60 minute sessions

A specifically designed program to achieve physiological and psychological goals by developing inner wisdom, identifying personal values and transforming them into action by creating healthy sustainable behavior change to feel positive and enthusiastic about life.

SMART goals aid in evidence based outcomes.
